摘要
为提高经编针织产品的设计效率,根据经编线圈结构形态的变化特征,运用非线性曲线方程对经编线圈结构进行NURBS数学建模,建立了三维经编线圈结构模型。基于计算机视觉技术对线圈模型进行光照处理和纹理结构合成,得到了经编线圈的光照模型及纹理映射模型,结合Visual C++和OpenGL三维图形处理技术,开发了相应的线圈结构仿真程序,实现了经编织物三维仿真。由仿真效果图可知,经过光照及纹理处理后仿真结果与实际线圈结构十分相似,达到逼真的显示效果。
The purpose of this study was to improve the designing efficiency of warp knitted goods.Based on the diversification of the morphological structure of the warp loop,it developed a 3-D model for warp loop structure by using the nonlinear NURBS curve equation.Computer vision was used to conduct light treatment and texture synthesis of the loop model,and the light model and the texture mapping model were obtained.With Visual C++ and 3-D graphics processing technology of OpenGL,it developed a simulation program of the warp loop structure and made 3-D simulation of warp knitted fabric come true.As is shown by the simulated graphics of warp knitted fabrics,after light treatment and texture synthesis,the simulated result is very similar to the real loop structure,and a vivid display is presented.
