摘要
本文介绍一种在核磁共振(nuclearmagneticresonance,NMR)谱仪上对大鼠心室内压参数与能量代谢同时测定的技术。该方法采用离体等容大鼠心脏模型,通过计算机心功能监测系统测量和分析心脏的心室内压参数,通过测定心脏的磷31核磁共振(31PNMR)谱观测心肌组织的能量代谢状态。
A technique for simultaneous observation of parameters of intraventricular pressure and energy metabolic status in isovolumic rat hearts was described. The parameters of intraventricular pressure were collected and processed using a computerized monitoring system for heart function, and myocardial energy metabolism was investigated by collecting the ~ 31 P NMR spectra. The preparation was stable metabolically and functionally for 2 h under the NMR experimental conditions.
