加味补阳还五汤对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆ET-1及NO的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Jiaweibuyanghuanwu decoction on plasma ET-1 and NO in nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的:观察加味补阳还五汤治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的疗效及对患者血浆内皮素(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:将70例患者随机分为两组各35例。两组均予以常规治疗,治疗组加服加味补阳还五汤,对照组口服多贝斯胶囊,疗程8周,观察两组治疗前后视力、眼底检查、眼底荧光血管造影及ET-1、NO等指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后ET-1明显下降、NO明显上升,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味补阳还五汤能有效改善患者血浆ET-1及NO水平,对单纯型DR具有较好的防治作用。 Objective:To explore the effect of Jiaweibuyanghuanwu decoction on plasma ET-1 and NO in nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods:70 nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;treatment group was taken by Jiaweibuyanghuanwu decoction,and control group was taken by calcium dobesilate capsule.Vision,FFA and ET-1,NO were studied and compared between treatment group and control group.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is superior to that of control group(P0.05).Treatment group is superior to control group in descending ET-1 and ascending NO of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy patients(P0.05).Conclusion:Jiaweibuyanghuanwu decoction is efective in preventing and treating nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.
