摘要
采用先进的EFS瞬时喷油量测量仪,对国产电控单体泵的供油量进行精确的测量,通过大量试验数据分析,总结了国产电控单体泵之间供油一致性随发动机工况的变化规律,即随着发动机转速的上升,单体泵之间供油一致性偏差先减小后增大。同时分析确定了造成国产电控单体泵供油一致性波动较大的主要原因,并提出了国产单体泵随发动机转速的理想修正趋势,为设计电控单体泵的修正控制策略提供了可靠的试验依据。
The fuel delivery of domestic electronic unit pump (EUP) systems was accurately measured by using French EFS Instantaneous Mono-Injector Qualifier. Analyzed an amount of experimental data, it is concluded that as engine speed increasing, the fuel delivery inconsistency error of EUPs decreases first, then increases and its main causes are found. Furthermore, based on experimental results and analysis, the ideal speed correction trend was further come out, thus providing a reliable experiment foundation for correction of EUP control strategy design.
