摘要
叶片主梁是大型风电叶片结构设计和有限元分析的重要部分。基于ANSYS软件对叶片进行了有限元分析,在此基础上研究了碳/环氧复合材料主梁的铺层变化对叶片的影响。研究结果表明:主梁复合材料的合理铺设角度是15°;主梁复合材料的铺设角和铺设厚度对叶片的固有频率影响不大。
The blade girder is an important part of the structure design and FEM study of the large windgenerator blade. The blade was analyzed by FEM based on the software ANSYS, and the effects of layer change of carbon/epoxy composite material used on the blade girder to the blade are studied. The results indicate that fifteen degree is a optimal laid angle for the composite. Furthermore, laid angle and laid thickness have little effect on blade natural frequency.
