摘要 针对永磁风力发电机在运行过程中出现的高温失磁现象,采用专业的FLIR红外热成像仪采集了各工况下永磁风力发电机的外壳、定子、磁钢及转子温度场,并利用Tecplot软件对试验数据进行后处理。通过对比分析温度分布图,得出了永磁风力发电机动态温度场的分布规律,在此规律下对采用的永磁材料NdFeB的动态性能进行分析,提出了永磁风力发电机动态失磁的条件、原因及优化改进温度场分布的可行性意见,为今后永磁风力发电机的设计、生产提供了参考数据和防失磁技术的研究依据。 Aiming at the phenomenon of magnet -loss in high temperature operation process, the shell, stator, rotor magnets and temperature field of permanent magnet wind driven generator under various conditions were collected by using the professional infrared thermal camera FLIR, and the experimental data were post-processed using tecplot software.Through the comparative analysis of the temperature layout , the distribution regularity of dynamic temperature field of the wind permanent magnet wind generator is concluded, and the dynamic performance of the permanent magnetic material NdFeB is analyzed under this law. At the same time ,the conditions and reasons of the permanent magnet wind generator dynamic magnet -loss and the specific feasible suggestions of improving the temperature field distribution were proposed,which provided the reference data and research basis of the technology against magnet-loss for the future design and production of the permanent magnetic wind generator.
