摘要
信息化时代,技术创新是企业的立足之本,而技术创新过程中形成的知识资源更是企业核心竞争力的源泉。在归纳总结已有关于知识转移研究成果的基础上,从信息论的角度对企业技术创新过程知识转移进行了分析,构建了基于信息论的企业技术创新过程知识转移模型,对企业技术创新过程知识转移的概念进行了界定,运用"知识量"和"知识熵"等参数对企业技术创新知识转移进行量化测度,评价企业技术创新知识转移的有效性结果表明对"不确定性"和"转移发生概率"的控制是企业知识转移管理的重点。提出了提高企业技术创新知识转移效果和效率的对策。
In the era of information science, technology innovation is a key principle for enterprises survival. The knowledge formed during the process of technology innovation process is one of the most essential resources in core competitiveness. Alter summarizing the existing research results on the topic of knowledge transformation, and from the perspective of information science, this paper analyzes the knowledge transformation during the process of technological innovation. On the basis of information theory, the research constructs a knowledge transformation model and defines the concept of knowledge transformation during the process of technological innovation. With the use of ＂knowledge volume＂ and ＂knowledge entropy＂ parameters, the effectiveness of knowledge transformation is measured. The results of the evaluation of the knowledge transformation show that the ＂uncertainty identification＂ and ＂transformation probability control＂ are the key points to improve the management of knowledge transformation. In the end, the paper proposes the countermeasure to improw the effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge transformation during the process of technological innovation.
