张秀琴辨气血虚实治疗月经病383例 被引量:2

383 Cases of ZHANG Xiu-qin's treatment on menstruation based on syndrome differentiation of Qi-blood and its excess or deficiency

摘要 月经不调是妇科常见病,京城四大名医之一施金墨先生的传人张秀琴治疗月经病从气血虚实辨治效如桴鼓。张教授认为月经病从气血辨治主要区分虚实,即(脾肾)气虚、血虚、(肝郁)气滞、血瘀,治疗虚证月经病多以补肾扶脾养血为主,治疗实证月经病多以疏肝理气活血为主。收集张教授治疗月经不调383例中药处方,用频率分析法分析药物的使用比例、使用频率和剂量,其中养血调经类药物白芍、赤芍、当归使用频率居前三,分别为95.30%、84.33%、78.33%,活血化瘀类药物益母草占57.44%,疏肝理气类中药香附使用频率为55.35%,提示调理气血在治疗月经病中的重要性。 Menoxenia is a common gynecological disease.TCM doctor Zhang Xiu-qin,the descendant of Shi Jin-mo,have a curative effect on treating menoxenia.Zhang thinks that differentiate deficiency or excess,that is qi deficiency,blood deficiency,qi stagnation or blood stasis is the main key on treating menoxenia,therefore she tonify the kidney,invigorate the spleen and nourish the blood when treating menoxenia with deficiency syndrome,on the other hand,she smooth the liver,regulate Qi and invigorate the circulation when treating menoxenia on the stage of excess.We collected Zhang's 383 prescriptions on treating menoxenia.According to the method of frequency analyzing,we found that blood nourishing herbs were used frequently,on which Baishao,Chishao and Danggui were the top three,95.30%,84.33% and 78.33% respectively.Yimucao,a kind of herb promoting blood circulation,was another frequently-used herb,with the frequency of 57.44%.And the frequency of Xiangfu,which could soothe the liver and regulate Qi,was 55.35%.It showed that regulating blood and Qi is the most important rule in the treatment of menoxenia.
