草酸改进铁/铜微电解体系降解活性艳蓝KN-R 被引量:6

Degradation of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R with iron/copper micro-electrolysis system improved by oxalic acid

摘要 在铸铁上负载铜的铁/铜催化微电解体系中加入草酸后,质量浓度为100mg/L活性艳蓝KN-R溶液迅速脱色,化学需氧量明显降低,改善了微电解体系对废水处理时间长、化学需氧量去除效果低等缺点。实验结果表明:在pH为3.28(加入草酸后)、草酸投加量为5mg/L、催化剂投加量为10g/L的条件下,对质量浓度为100mg/L的活性艳蓝KN-R溶液恒温振荡30min后,脱色率可达97.2%,COD去除率可达83.3%;催化剂重复使用4次后,其脱色率和COD去除率均在60%以上。 The Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R of 100 mg/L can be decolored rapidly after adding oxalic acid,and COD decreases obviously in the iron micro-electrolysis system of iron loaded with copper.It has improved the disadvantages of long treatment time,low COD removal efficiency.The result shows that the decolorization rate and COD removing rate of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R of 100 mg/L can reach 97.2% and 83.3% in the condition of pH 3.28,dosage of oxalic acid 5 mg/L,dosage of catalyst 10 g/L.The decolorization rate and COD removing rate of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R of 100 mg/L can be more than 60% after the catalyst being used for four reaction cycles.
