摘要
激光熔凝是用激光束将工件表面加热熔化到一定深度,然后自冷使熔层凝固,获得较为细化均质的组织和所需性能的表面改性技术,在现代工业中用途极广。本文概要介绍了激光熔凝技术的特点、影响因素、质量控制及其应用和研究现状。
Laser melting is a surface modification technology which heats the melt surface to a certain depth, then the melt layer froze by self - cold. Through this technology more small and uniform microstructure and performance what we needed can be obtained. This technology widely has been used in modern industry. The latest characteristics, influencing factors, quality control, applications and research status of laser melting technology is briefly described in this paper.
