摘要
目的比较专科护士临床培训不同方法的培训效果,寻找临床专科护士培训最佳方法。方法将我院按统一条件招收的血液净化专科培训学员,1组(56名)用分段(A)方法培训;另1组(56名)用连续(B)方法培训。2组学员理论授课和操作培训时间、内容相同。采用相同的理论考题和操作项目及评分标准进行考试。分别计算2种方法培训学员的理论和操作平均成绩并进行2组间统计学比较。结果用2种方法培训学员各阶段的理论和各项操作考试平均成绩统计学比较存在显著性差异(表3)。从操作考试来看,分段培训方法不同阶段考试分数均低于连续培训方法(P均<0.01);而理论考试则相反,各阶段的考试成绩分段培训方法均高于连续培训方法(P均<0.05)。结论 2种方法培训学员理论和操作考试成绩均合格(60分以上)。但理论和操作培训效果各自存在不同的优势,临床专科护士培训时可据情择重选用。
Objective Compard the training effectiveness when using different methods in specialist nurse training,to find the best training methods.Methods Divided the blood purification ,specialist trainees who were recruited by uniform conditions into two groups,a group of （56） with a segmental （A） methods to train;another group （56） with continuous （B） method.Taught the same theory, the same time and the content of operation training to the two groups.Using the same theoretical exams and action items and scoring criteria for the examination.Calculated the average scores of the theory and operation in two training ways and carried on statistical comparison between the two groups.Results The average scores were significant difference in various stages of the theory and the operation test（table 3）, in the operation test, the sores of segmental training methods were lower than the continuous training methods in different stages（P〈0.01）. Contrarily,the sores of segmentod training methods methods were higher than the other in the theory test（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The scores are eligible in theory and operation test with two methods （〉60points）.However,there are different advantages in the effect of theory and operation training,it can be selected according to the situation.
