兴奋性氨基酸受体拮抗剂右甲吗喃对创伤性脑水肿作用的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨兴奋性氨基酸受体非竞争性拮抗剂右甲吗喃对创作性脑水肿的防治作用。方法:于大鼠脑损伤前30 min、伤后10 min 及2 h 腹腔注射右甲吗喃(10 mg·kg1) ,伤后6 h 测定半球脑含水量,并进行统计学分析。结果:与盐水对照组比较,伤前及伤后10 min 治疗组伤侧半球脑含水量下降有非常显著差异( P<0.01),而伤后2 h 则无显著差异( P> 0.05) 。伤前与伤后10 min 治疗组之间比较有非常显著差异( P< 0.01)。结论:右甲吗喃对脑损伤后脑水肿具有防治作用。 Purpose:To study the effects of excitatory amino acids receptor noncompetitive antagonist-dextromethorphan(DM)on the traumatic brain edema.Methods:10 mg·kg 1 DM was injected intra-abdominally 30 min before and 10 min,2 h after injury in male Wistar's rats with traumatic brain edema,and then the water contents of the injured hemispheres were measured 6 h postinjury.Results:Compared with controls which were injected with normal saline,the water contents of injured hemispheres were significantly decreased in rats treated with DM before and 10 min after injury ( P <0.01),but those of 2 h later DM treating group hadn't obvious decreasing( P >0.05),and there were very significant differences( P <0.01)between those data respectively belong to preinjury and 10 min postinjury DM treating groups.Conclusion:DM can prevent and treat traumatic brain edema.
