摘要
针对天然橡胶干燥过程存在的尾气无控制排放问题,在特定参数条件下,对干燥柜通入不同自然风量进行能耗和效率分析。结果表明,尾气温度和相对湿度对所需自然风量影响较大,对于4t/h的干燥生产线,干燥自然风量控制在6 000~20 000m3/h为宜。当尾气温度和相对湿度确定后,自然风量直接影响总能耗和干燥效率,不同自然风量会使干燥效率相差25%左右。
For natural rubber drying process existing exhaust emissions without control, in the condition of prescribed parameters, the energy consumption and the efficiency analysis were calculated and analyzed when the drying cabinet was accessed different natural air volume. Through calculation shows: exhaust temperature and relative humidity had great influence on natural air volume required, dry natural air volume was designed for 6 000-20 000 m3/h between advisable. When the exhaust temperature and relative humidity was determined, natural air directly affect the total energy consumption and drying efficiency, different natural air volume made dry efficiency difference around 25%.
