摘要
根据《四川统计年鉴》和《四川教育事业统计年鉴》,对"十一五"期间四川幼儿教师队伍的整体情况进行数据分析。结果表明,五年间四川幼儿教师的数量持续增加,专任教师的学历水平逐步提升;保健员的专业化水平有待提高;幼儿教师职称问题突出;高中学历幼儿教师的在职培训亟待加强。
The analysis report,based on the "Sichuan Statistical Yearbook" and "Sichuan Education Statistical Yearbook",analyzes the preschool teachers' overall situation in Sichuan in the "eleventh five-year plan".Research shows that,during the past five years,the number of preschool teachers in Sichuan was on an increase continuously and the full-time teachers' education level was promoted step by step.However,the kindergarten health workers' professional level remains to be raised,problems still exist in preschool teacher's professional titles and in-service training of teacher with high school degree needs to be strengthened urgently.
