摘要
采用大孔树脂对藿香蓟花蓝色素的提取液进行了吸附和洗脱试验,并确定藿香蓟花蓝色素的分离最佳工艺条件。结果表明,D301树脂对藿香蓟花蓝色素的静态吸附率达到90mg/g,吸附蓝色素的平衡时间较短且重复使用20次后吸附性能依然稳定;上柱优化条件为流速为3mL/min,质量浓度为0.2mg/mL,温度为20℃;柱层析饱和吸附后用1mol/L盐酸洗脱,洗脱率达到96.08%。
Absorption on macroporous resin was studied as a method to separate Ageratum conyzoides Flowers blue pigment in this manuscript.The optimum conditions for absorption and desorption of Ageratum conyzoides Flowers blue pigment was determined and listed as follows: D301 with the upper adsorption rate at 90.0mg/g,the stability and the little balance time was suitable for absorbing and separating Ageratum conyzoides Flowers blue pigment.The optimum condition was at the flow rate of 2.0mL/min,concentration of 0.2 mg/mL and the temperature of 20 ℃.D301 was washed with HCl of 2.0mol/L,and the washout rate achieved at 96.08%.
