摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,聚苯乙烯(PS)胶晶为模板,MPTMS为功能化试剂制备出巯基改性3DOM二氧化硅。用SEM、TEM、FTIR和EDS等手段对其结构性质进行了表征,并对巯基改性3DOM SiO2进行了Pb2+吸附研究,实验结果:功能化材料为三维有序大孔结构,孔径为160 nm,材料中含硫4.17%。吸附剂用量、吸附时间及溶液pH值对吸附性能均有影响。
The thiol functionalized three-dimension ordered macroprous(3DOM) SiO2 materials was synthesized that tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) was used as precursors,polystyrene(PS) colloidal crystal as template,and(3-mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane(MPTMS) was used as an organic precursor.The synthesized materials were characterized by different techniques such as SEM,TEM,FTIR and EDS,and the adsorption experiments of Pb2+ on the thiol functionalized 3DOM SiO2 were also carried out.The results show of that the obtained materials had a typical 3DOM structure with a large pore size of 160nm and the sulfur content of the thiol functionalized 3DOM SiO2 was 4.17%.The adsorption performance were affected by the adsorbent mass,contact times and pH values of aqueous mediums.
