表面粘接固位非金属树脂粘结桥的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价表面粘结固位非金属树脂粘结修复单个牙缺失的临床研究。方法 62例单个牙缺失患者,上颌中切牙缺失28例,上颌侧切牙缺失19例,上颌尖牙缺失3例,下颌切牙缺失2例,前磨牙缺失8例,第一磨牙缺失小间隙2例。35例磨切约0.8~1.2 mm牙体组织,以达到需要的咬合间隙,对62例单个前牙缺失病例采用表面粘结固位的非金属树脂粘结桥进行修复。结果经6~48个月的临床随访观察,62例粘结桥修复体无松动、无脱落和折裂、美观、颜色逼真、无明显染色、表面粘结固位好、边缘光滑无继发龋。结论表面粘结固位的非金属树脂粘结桥磨牙少,釉质酸蚀技术粘结成功率高、美观、操作简单可行,是一种对基牙损伤小的微创伤固定的修复方法。 【Objective】 To evaluate the surface adhesive retention non metal resin bonded repair of single tooth missing clinical research.【Methods】 62 cases of patients with single missing teeth,maxillary central incisor defect in 28 cases,19 cases with missing maxillary lateral incisors.Maxillary canine deletion in 3 cases,2 cases of mandibular incisor,premolar defect in 8 cases,2 cases of the first molar in small gap.In 35 cases of grinding and cutting is about 0.8-1.2 mm tooth structure,to achieve the desired occlusal distance,62 cases of single anterior teeth loss cases using a surface bonding retentive metal resin bonded bridge repair.【Results】 After 6-48 month clinical follow-up,there was no looseness,without falling off and breaking,appearance,color fidelity,without obvious staining,surface bonded solid good,smooth edge no secondary caries in 62 cases bonded bridge prosthesis.【Conclusion】 The metalless resin bonded bridge was a kind of micro trauma fixed restorations which tooth was less grinded and surface bonding retentive resin bridge had a high success rate because enamel acid etching technology,the operation is simple and feasible.
