浒苔对重金属Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)的生物吸附及其生理反应 被引量:7

Biosorption of Cu^(2+) and Cd^(2+) by Enteromorpha prolifera and their physiological responses

摘要 研究了浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)对Cu2+、Cd2+的生物吸附能力,以及不同浓度Cu2+、Cd2+单一处理对浒苔的叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,暴露72 h后,浒苔对两种重金属的去除率均呈先升高后降低的趋势,但Cu2+的去除率远大于Cd2+。叶绿素含量在Cu2+处理下大幅度降低,且叶绿素a下降的幅度大于叶绿素b,叶绿素a/b的比值减小;在Cd2+处理下,仅Cd2+浓度<1 mg/L时浒苔的叶绿素含量不降低,因此,叶绿素a/b的比值先升高后降低。可溶性糖含量在Cu2+、Cd2+处理下减小,但随着Cu2+浓度增加有逐渐升高趋势,随着Cd2+浓度增加则一直下降。蛋白质含量在Cu2+、Cd2+处理下均大幅度减少,但当Cu2+浓度>10 mg/L、Cd2+浓度>20 mg/L时,蛋白质含量有所上升。 Biosorption of Cu2+ and Cd2+ by Enteromorpha prolifera was investigated,and the chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b ratio,soluble sugar content and protein content of E.prolifera were measured at each heavy metal treatment.Results showed that heavy metal removal from aqueous solutions,after 72 h exposure,increased firstly and then decreased at both heavy metal treatments.However,Cu2+ removal rate was much higher than that of Cd2+.The chlorophyll contents of E.prolifera decreased largely at different concentrations of Cu2+,and chlorophyll a was reduced to a larger extent than chlorophyll b.Thus,chlorophyll a/b ratio decreased.The chlorophyll contents of E.prolifera did not decrease only when Cd2+ concentration was below 1 mg/L.Thus,chlorophyll a/b ratio increased firstly and then decreased at different concentrations of Cd2+.The soluble sugar contents of E.prolifera decreased at both heavy metal treatments.However,they showed an increase tendency with the increase of Cu2+ concentration,and a decrease tendency with the increase of Cd2+ concentrations.The protein contents of E.prolifera decreased greatly at both heavy metal treatments,but a slight increase was observed when Cu2+ concentration and Cd2+ concentration were above 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L,respectively.
