上海新能源发电对电网运行方式的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 并网型新能源是可再生能源发展的方式之一。但是新能源的入网将给电力系统的运行带来很大的影响,不仅改变了传统的电网运行方式,而且对继电保护的整定也将产生较大的影响。上海浦东地区风电和太阳能等新能源储量丰富,是上海地区主要的新能源生产地,其入网必将对电力系统的运行产生很大的影响。聚焦于上海浦东地区新能源规划,对地区电网的影响进行深入分析,并提出相应的措施和建议,以指导电网运行和规划工作。 Grid-connected new energy is one of the renewable energy developing mode. The impact of new energy integration upon power grid is great. It not only changes the traditional power grid operation mode but also influences the setting of protective relaying. New energy such as wind power and solar energy is abundant in Shanghai East district. This paper focuses on the new energy planning in Shanghai east district. The impact of new energy planning upon the regional power grid is analyzed deeply. And in order to guide the power grid operation and planning, corresponding measures and recommendations are proposed in this paper.
