摘要
苏里格气田气井普遍具有低压、低产、携液能力差及井筒压力损失大的特点,为了提高气井携液能力,形成中后期排水采气技术储备,依据管柱优化理论,于2009年开始将Ф38.1mm的连续管作为生产管柱进行排水采气,到目前已完成速度管柱排水采气施工气井10多口。通过研究和现场实践,改进了悬挂器、卡瓦及堵塞器等配套工具,优化了降压方式和井口采气树,提高了施工效率和安全性,取得了良好的应用效果。
Sulige Gasfield is universally characterized by low pressure, low production, poor fluid-carrying capacity and great loss of pressure. To improve the gas-well fluid-carrying capacity and form the drainage and gas production technical reserve at middle and later periods, Ф38.1 mm coiled tubing was used as production string to conduct drainage and gas production in 2009 according to the pipe string optimization theory. So far the construction of over 10 gas wells with the technology of the velocity string drainage and gas production has been completed. The supporting tools including hanger, slips and blanking plug have been improved through research and field practice. The pressure drop mode and wellhead christmas tree have been optimized, the construction efficiency and safety have been improved and the desirable effect of application has been achieved.
