摘要
以铌箔为基底,采用原位水热合成法制备了Silicalite-2分子筛膜(MEL)/Nb基复合材料,利用XRD,SEM对复合材料的相组成、微观结构进行了表征,研究了晶化温度时分子筛晶粒生长成膜的影响.经114℃水热合成后铌箔的表面形成了一层球形颗粒堆积的分子筛膜,经170℃的水热合成,在沿垂直于载体表面方向形成了一层对齐排列的Silicalite-2棒状晶体,颗粒生长主要沿晶体的最长轴[101]方向进行。
Niobium foils as basement, Silicalite-2 membrane (MEL)/Nb composites were prepared by conventional in situ hydrothermal synthesis. The composite materials were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effects of synthesis temperature for the growth of zeolite crystals were studied. The results showed that the surface of the niobium foils was covered by a continuous membrane consisted of spherical crystals after in situ synthesis at 11g℃ for 7d. After a following hydrothermal treatment at 170℃ for 36 h, the film oriented with [101] axis perpendicular to the substrate surface, the zeolite crystals changed into columnar.
