摘要
介绍一种基于单片机控制的虚拟汽车自动空调实验台架。该实验台架通过采集主要的传感器信号,自行编程的空调控制单元、发动机控制单元、水温控制单元控制指示灯等执行元件模拟其工作过程,并能通过CAN-BUS总线实现数据传输、共享、自检等功能。台架结构简单、成本低;使用时安全、环保、经济;配有测量端子,便于检测与教学需要。通过将多个系统组合在一个实验平台上,能清晰地显示相互之间的因果关系;灯泡作为执行元件,使整个过程更加形象、直接,提高了教学效果。台架还可在教师指导下由学生以项目的形式进行开发、设计与制作,提升学生综合运用知识、科技创新的能力。
Based on control of single-chip,this paper introduces a virtual experimental platform of automobile automatic air-conditioner.Collecting main sensor signal by this platform,A/C control unit,engine control unit,water temperature control unit and other actuators simulate their work process.Data transfer communion and self-detected can be attained by CAN-BUS.This platform is simple and cheap.It is safety,clean and economical by using the platform.This platform equips with measure terminals and is convenient for detect and teaching.This platform assembled three systems and can indicate the causal relationship between them.A lamp being the actuator make the whole process more visualize and direct,improving the teaching effect.This platform can be developed,designed and manufactured by students under the teachers' guidance,promoting the student's capability of synthetically applying knowledge and technological innovation.
