摘要
随着电力行业的快速发展,电厂化学岗位作业内容不断更新,技术集成化程度不断增加,所需专业知识不断更新和深化,原有的应用化学(电站方向)专业人才培养方案已不能满足现实需求。为此,在充分调研国电铁岭电厂、宣威电厂、吉林辽源寿山生物质能电厂等企业化学岗位作业内容的基础上,积极开展了人才培养方案的实践研究与改革。通过深化教学思想、改革教学方法、优化教学内容和课程体系,建立了以学生为主体,强化实践技能的应用化学(电站方向)专业人才培养方案。
With the rapid development of electric power industry,the contents of power plant chemical post contents are constantly updated,and with degree of technology integration is increasing,the necessary professional knowledge is constantly updated and deepened,the original personnel training program of Applied Chemistry（station direction） can not meet the practical requirements.Based on chemical post contents of Tie ling plant,Xuan wei plant,and Jilin Liaoyuan Shou shan biomass power plants,we actively carried out personnel training programs research and reform.Through deepening teaching ideas,reforming teaching methods and optimizing teaching contents and curriculum,we established a student-centered and professional training program of applied Chemistry Specialty（station direction） which strengthened practical skills.
