稀土对25CrMoVB钢组织性能的影响

摘要 在石油套管用钢25CrMoVB中加入镧+铈混合稀土,研究发现在锻造组织中,随着稀土含量增加,组织有细化均匀的趋势;在热处理后的试验钢组织中,稀土的加入使组织中出现了韧性好的下贝氏体。稀土的加入明显提高了25CrMoVB钢的常温力学性能和高温屈服强度,使冲击性有所改善,特别是在常温和-80℃时,效果明显。但稀土含量过高会导致力学性能略有下降。 Mixed rare earth of La+Ce were added into steel 25CrMoVB.The results showed that with the increase of rare earth content,the microstructure of hot-forged steel was gradually refining and lower bainite with good toughness appeared in the microstructure of heat-treated steel.The mechanical properties of normal temperature and the yield strength of high temperature were increased significantly by adding rare earth into the 25CrMoVB steel.The impact toughness was improved,especially at normal temperature and at-80 ℃.But excess content of rare earth made the mechanical properties decrease.
