摘要
以β-环糊精(β-CD)、对甲基苯磺酰氯(p-TsCl)、叠氮化钠(NaN3)等为原料,经β-CD先磺酰化再叠氮化的反应路线合成了单-(6-叠氮基-6-去氧)-β-环糊精(6-N3-β-CD),通过熔点和红外光谱测试对产物进行了表征,通过单因素实验研究了合成工艺条件.
6-deoxy-6-azido-β-Cyclodextrins (6-N3-β-CD) was prepared from the crude materials of β-cyclodextrins (β-CD), paratoluensulfonyl chloride (p-TsCl), sodium azide (NaN3 ) and so on, through the synthetic route of the sulfonation and azidation of β-CD. All of the compounds were characterized by fusing point test and IR. The synthesis process condition was studied by single factor experiment
