摘要
熔盐电脱氧工艺是直接电解金属氧化物得到金属或合金的方法。该工艺大多使用石墨棒作为阳极,在石墨坩埚中进行电解,但由于石墨阳极和石墨坩埚常常发生破损现象,成为了影响电流效率、产物纯度、阳极和坩埚使用寿命的重要因素。综述了熔盐电脱氧中石墨阳极与石墨坩埚的破损原理,阐述近年来国内外石墨阳极、石墨坩埚防护研究的新进展及最新研究成果,最后展望了今后的研究方向:在熔盐电解中多种抗石墨阳极及石墨坩埚破损方法的结合运用将是下一步的研究重点;改进石墨阳极,向着熔盐电解低成本的方向发展;对坩埚内外涂层的进一步研究。
Electro-deoxidation is the process that direct electrolyze metal oxides to the metal or alloy. It have simple process. This process are mainly used the graphite rod as anode, and electrolyzed in graphite crucibles. But be cause the graphite anode and graphite crucibles damaged phenomenon often happened, which become one of the most important factors that influence the current efficiency, product purity, anode and crucible's service life. This paper reviews graphite anode and graphite crucibles damage theory in molten salt electricity, expounds the graphite anode and graphite crucibles' protection of the development of research at home and abroad in recent years, and finally prospect focus on : Useing combination methods in the molten salt electricity prevent graphite anode and graphite crucibles breakage is the next step will be focused on; Improved graphite anode, towards the molten salt electrolysis low cost direction; For the further research of the internal and external coating of crucible.
