摘要
以MS为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的BA和NAA诱导木薯茎段外植体的再生植株,进行木薯组培快繁技术研究。结果表明:在MS+BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L的培养基上培养10 d后,诱导出幼芽;丛生芽在MS+BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L培养基上增殖,增殖倍数达2.57倍;生根培养基选用1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最佳,生根率达100%。该木薯苗移栽成活率达94%。
The stem explants from cassava were cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA and NAA of different concentrations to induce regeneration plants.The results indicated that the buds could be induced on medium of MS+BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L for ten days.Proliferation medium was MS+BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,the reproduction rate was up to 2.57.Induction of root was best in medium of 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the root regeneration rate was 100%.The transplantion living rate of the cassava seedings reached 94%.
