摘要
本文运用制度经济学的制度变迁理论对30多年来我国农村金融体制改革的制度变迁进行了分析,认为30多年来我国农村金融体制改革具有浓厚的强制性制度变迁特征,具有特定的历史必然性。但随着我国进入以城带乡、以工促农的发展阶段后,未来我国农村金融体制改革趋向应以有效满足"三农"多元化金融需求为目标,更加注重诱致性制度变迁。
This paper analyses 30 years of rural financial system reform based on institutional change theory, and considers that the rural financial system reform has obvious characteristics of compulsory institutional change and specific historical inevitability. As our country enters a stage of the urban areas supporting the rural areas and industry supporting agriculture, the rural financial system reform must target to effectively meet the diversified financial needs of three-dimensional rural issues and emphasis on induced institutional change more.
