摘要
目的:优化老鹳草的提取工艺,研究老鹳草凝胶剂的基质处方及制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验方法,以干膏得率和没食子酸含量为指标,优化提取工艺;以制剂外观稳定性为指标进行基质筛选,以外观的综合评分为指标进行处方因素的筛查。结果:老鹳草凝胶剂的最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1 h;最佳基质处方为卡波姆940 1.5%、甘油2%、丙二醇2%、三乙醇胺5%。结论:提取工艺简单可行,制备工艺稳定,成品易于涂布,质地均匀细腻。
Objective： To optimize extraction technology of Geranium wilfordii and study on matrix prescription and preparation technology of G.wilfordii gel.Method： L9（34）orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction process with dry extraction ratio and the content of gallic acid as indexes;matrices were selected according to appearance and stability of preparation,and prescription factors were selected according to comprehensive scores of appearances.Result： Optimum extraction technology of G.wilfordii gel was boiled 2 times with 10 times the amounts of water for 1 h each time;Optimum matrix prescription was carbopol 940-glycerin-propylene glycol-triethanolamine（1.5%∶2%∶2%∶5%）.Conclusion： Optimum extraction technology was simple and feasible,preparation technology was stable and finished products are easy to be coated with delicate texture.
