摘要
针对发电量受径流状态的影响巨大,不能作为评价水电厂经济运行方式优劣标准的问题,提出以相对指标即水能利用提高率来评价水电厂经济调度方式优劣的方法,介绍了其计算原理,并以龙溪河梯级电站为例,通过计算证明了该方法在梯级电站考核问题上是合理可行的。
To overcome the disadvantage of regarding the electricity generation as the assessment standard of economic operation of hydropower plants, this paper replaces it with relative index the growth rate of water energy utilization and introduces the computing principle of it. Accordingly, the results from the calculation of Longxi River Cascade Hydropower Plants indicate that the assessment method of economic operation of hydropower plant is rational and feasible in practice.
