摘要
"倒三角形"的卫生资源配置引致了社区卫生机构医疗卫生服务质量的低下,这导致了患者对基层医疗卫生服务的不信任,因此患者到大医院趋高就医就成了常态。本研究建议大医院当顺势而为,实施良性扩张的发展战略,与社区卫生机构对接成"利益联合体",引导患者趋高就医的基层化。
＂Inverted triangle＂ allocation of health resources leads to poor health services quality of community health serv- ices institutions ,and it leads to patients＇ distrust of community health services institutions. Thus ,it is normal for a patient to go to a big hospital seeking health services. This research suggests that big hospitals should take advantages of this trend to implement a healthy expansion strategy; they should cooperate with community health institutions to form＂interests commonwealth＂ ;finally, to ease the trend of patients＇ higher-than-normal-need medical treatment.
