摘要
采用高温固相法合成了Sr2Al2SiO7∶Re(Re=Eu2+,Ce3+)荧光粉,研究了Eu2+和Ce3+在该基质中的发光特性,以及Eu2+、Ce3+共掺时的能量传递现象。研究表明Sr2Al2SiO7∶Eu2+激发光谱呈宽带激发,最大发射峰位于513nm,Eu2+最佳掺杂浓度为5%(摩尔分数)。Sr2Al2SiO7∶Ce3+有两个激发峰,分别位于300和337nm,发射峰位于406nm,当Ce3+浓度达到2%(摩尔分数)时发射强度最大。Eu2+和Ce3+在该体系共掺时存在Ce3+到Eu2+的有效能量传递,有利于提高体系的发光效率。
The phosphors of Sr2Al2SiO7∶Re(Re=Eu2+,Ce3+) were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction.The luminescence properties of Eu2+,Ce3+ and the energy transfer between them were studied.The results indicate that Sr2Al2SiO7∶Eu2+ phosphors show a broad excitation band and the main emission peak of the sample is located at 513nm.The emission intensity reaches the maximum value when the concentration of Eu2+ is 5mol%.The excitation spectrum is composed of two peaks which locate at 300 and 337nm,respectively.The strongest emission peak locates at 406nm and the strongest emission intensity is obtained when the concentration of Ce3+ is 2mol%.Besides,co-doping of Ce3+ and Eu2+ enhances the emission intensity by transferring Ce3+ emission energy to Eu2+,which contributes to photoluminescence performance.
