摘要
内曲线多作用液压马达的内曲线的设计在马达设计中非常关键,将机器视觉技术引入MS马达的内曲线反求设计中。首先对柱塞副的运动规律进行分析,确定内曲线类型,然后使用高精度CCD相机测量内曲线的离散点值,设计曲线拟合算法计算内曲线设计参数,重构曲线,最后对波克兰MS05-468液压马达进行实例验证,得到工作性能良好的内曲线。方法也适用于其它型号内曲线多作用液压马达的内曲线反求设计。
Incurve's design of incurve multiple-action hydraulic motor is critical in motor design. Machine vision has been used in reverse design of MS motor's incurve.At first,curve type was determined according to the movement rule of plunger,and then discrete values were measured with high accuracy CCD camera,and curve fitting algorithm was designed to get design parameters of incurve and reconstruct it.At last some experiments were done on poclain MS05-468 hydraulic motors and incurve with good peoformance was obtained.The method also works in incurve's reverse design for other incurve multiple-action hydraulic motor.
