基于VB与虚拟样机联合运用的内燃机配气机构运动仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对某型号内燃机配气凸轮机构的工作要求,在SolidWorks平台上,进行二次开发,通过V-Basic编程生成配气凸轮轮廓曲线。随后建立了配气机构虚拟样机模型,运用COSMOSMotion分析模块实现了配气机构在3D碰撞接触状态下的运动仿真,得到在不同气门弹簧作用力情况下内燃机挺柱运动的位移、速度和加速度曲线。仿真结果能够预见机构的实际运行效果,验证配气机构凸轮设计的正确性,能指导修正凸轮轮廓线形,完善从动件运动曲线的精确度,快速实现配气机构的优化设计。 Based on the requirement of the cam mechanism of internal-comb ustion engine ,secondary development was conducted to create the cam contour curve with VB program in Solidworks.And then a virtual prototype model for the cam mechanism with gas was established so that motion simulation of the mechanism under 3D collision was achieved by utilizing COSMOSMotion analysis module and the curve of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the tappet of internal-combustion engine was generated under different forces of valve spring.The simulation result could expect the actual operating results ,verify the design correctness of cam mechanism,and help to modify contour profile of the cam as well as perfect the accuracy of idle parts motion curve and achieve the optimal design of the cam mechanism with gas rapidly.
