摘要
介绍了V形超声电机的结构和驱动原理。利用有限元理论建立了具有复杂形状的V形超声电机定子的动力学模型,并对定子的动力学特性进行了求解。利用参数化语言APDL编程对电机定子进行相应的优化计算,优化了定子压电陶瓷的安装配置形式,提高了驱动端面质点的振幅。研究表明,优化后的定子结构满足了预期的设计要求,并且提高了计算精度和设计效率。
It introduced the structure and driving principle of a V-shaped ultrasonic motor. The finite element theory was used to build the dynamics model of the stator which had the complexity of its geometric shape.An optimization program of the stator was established based on the parameterize language APDL The mounting mode of the stator piezoelectric ceramic was optimized and the amplitude of the driving point on the stator was improved.As a result,the stator structure after optimization satisfied the design requirements and the compute precision and the design efficiency were improved.
