摘要
硬面齿轮的齿面硬度和芯部硬度有很大落差,当齿面承受的循环接触应力超过接触疲劳极限时,容易产生齿面点蚀和剥落,这与有效硬化层深度及层深接触应力的分布有关,而设计者往往不验算层深接触强度。根据具体设计工作实践,介绍了防止接触层深强度不足引起齿轮剥落损伤的计算方法。
Due to great disparity in hardness of core and case of the case harden gear,the excessive cycling contact stress on gear case trends toward pitting and spalling of the gear case,which is related to the thickness of hardening layer and the distribution of the deep contact stress.But the calculation of deep contact fatigue strength is always be neglected by designer.A calculation method is introduced on the basis of practical experience to prevent spalling failure thanks to insufficient deep contact fatigue strength.
