摘要
英文科技学术期刊具有较强的国际性,其编委会的运作应符合国际规范。该文重点讨论英文科技学术期刊中国际化编委会的组建,编委会策划内容、组织同行评议等工作职责及其所需的支持。认为明确编委会的组织和职责,使其正确、有效地发挥作用,是刊物得以提高水平、参与国际竞争的关键。
Academic journal has a strong international nature. Accordingly, the editorial board should comply with the international standards. This paper discusses the editorial board＇s organization, the responsibilities such as the content planning, peer review organization, etc. , and the support it needs to fulfill them. It shows that well defining the editorial board＇s organization and responsibilities and making it function correctly and efficiently, is key to raise the journal＇s quality and compete in the international stage.
