脊柱外科微创技术的发展与展望 被引量：2

摘要 脊柱外科微创技术是从外科穿刺技术延伸演进而来的一个新概念。1963年，Smith等通过细针穿刺技术，将木瓜凝乳蛋白酶注入到椎间盘进行髓核溶解，这被认为是最早的脊柱微创技术。自20世纪70年代以来，脊柱外科发生了突飞猛进的巨大变化。在快速发展过程中，作为传统手术金标准的减压、固定、融合手术，逐渐受到间接减压、半坚强固定和非融合技术等新治疗理念的挑战。与此同时，新的内植物、新的手术入路不断涌现。微创脊柱外科在学术上和社会上也成为了一种流行的名词，
