摘要
目的:探讨256层CT心脏冠脉成像对细小分支血管的显示能力。方法:随机抽取我院2010年12月~2011年3月进行冠状动脉CTA检查患者80例作为研究对象,对比剂使用碘海醇70~80ml,流速5.0~5.5ml/s,采用智能跟踪触发技术,阈值150HU;采用多种图像后处理技术:容积重组(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)及最大密度投影(MIP)。结果:80例受检者中,冠状动脉细小分支血管不同程度清晰显示,其中,窦房结支(SNA)显示率为88.8%(起源于右冠状动脉占67.6%、左旋支32.4%)、动脉圆锥支(CAA)98.8%、右室前支(ARVA)70.0%、房室结支(ANA)55.0%、室间隔支(SA)87.5%、左房支(LAA)52.5%,优质图像是冠状动脉细小分支血管得以清晰显示的保证。结论:256层CT冠状动脉CTA明显提高了冠状动脉细小血管分支的显示率,弥补了以往CT设备对细小血管显示的不足,真正展现了冠状动脉的解剖细节。
Objective:To investigate the ability of Brilliance CT 256 coronary artery image in displaying tiny branches of coronary.Methods:80 patients were randomly selected with MSCTA from 2010.12 to 2011.3.The contrast medium(Iohexol 350 mg/100ml) was 70~80 ml,the rate was 5.0~5.5 ml/s,with bolus tracking techniques.The threshold was 150 HU,excretory-phase images were transferred to the workstation and performed volume rendering(VR),multilanar reconstr-uction(MPR),curved planar reconstruction(CPR) and maximun intensity projection(MIP).Results:In 80 cases,the tiny branches of coronary were displayed distinctly in different degree,in which branches of sinuatrial node(SNA) were 88.8%,conus arteriosus branch(CAA) 98.8%,anterior right ventricle branch(ARVA) 70.0%,branch of atrioventricular node(ANA) 55.0%,septal branch(SA) 87.5%,and left atrial branch(LAA) 52.5%.The tiny branches of coronary were displayed clearly with high quality images.Conclusion:256 CTCA improved the detectable rate of the tiny branches of coronary,made up the disadevantage of the precious CTCA,and displayed the anatomical characters of coronary clearly.
