摘要
介绍了一种知识库可更新的复杂机电设备故障诊断专家系统;选用产生式规则与三角模糊数相结合表示机械设备故障知识,采用故障树表示电控系统故障知识;针对知识表示方式的不同,研究了机械故障冲突消解策略,设计了基于正反向推理和故障树模型推理的混合推理机以完成故障部件定位;以Microsoft Access 2003和Visual Basic6.0为工具,通过DAO接口编程实现了以故障诊断和数据维护为核心功能的阵地机电设备故障诊断软件设计。
Fault diagnosis expert systems for complex mecbatronic equipment was introduced, and its knowledge base can be renewed. Production rules combined with the triangular fuzzy numbers was used to represent fault knowledge of mechanical equipment, while the fault tree was taken to represent electrical controi system' s fault knowledge. Based on the different knowledge representation, conflict resolution strategy for mechanical fault was researched, and inference engine integration of forward and backward reasoning and model--based reasoning was designed to complete the fault source location. With Microsoft Access 2003, Visual Basic6.0 and DAO interface programming, the field mechatronic equipment fault diagnosis software taking fault diagnosis and data maintenance as its core function was accomplished.
