血友病C合并急性颅内硬膜外血肿患者围术期治疗 被引量：3

摘要 血友病在合并外伤或手术时常因出血不止而导致失血性休克、伤口感染、创口经久不愈等并发症，手术治疗围术期危险性极大。因此，血友病是外科手术相对禁忌证。血友病C发病率低，而且国内外尚无特异性凝血因子FXI因子替代治疗，临床上手术报道极为少见。
