摘要
本试验采用添加蛭弧菌制剂并结合周期换水的方式研究蛭弧菌在九孔鲍养殖中的应用潜能。以目前进行生产的养殖池作为对照(A组),以采用15d的换水周期并于水体中添加不同浓度(分别为101pfu/mL、103pfu/mL和105pfu/mL)的蛭弧菌的养殖池为实验组(分别为B组、C组和D组),以增重率、重量日平均增长量、壳长增长率、壳长日平均增长量和存活率为判据,确定蛭弧菌对九孔鲍生长的影响;此外,在整个实验周期中的换水前分别对各组中养殖水体中所含的弧菌数进行检测。试验结果表明,实验组九孔鲍的生长指标和存活率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着蛭弧菌在水体中浓度的升高,九孔鲍的生长和存活率也相应提高。蛭弧菌在水体中的浓度为105 pfu/mL时,九孔鲍的增重率、壳长增长率和存活率分别为1393.96%、151.59%和88.7%。弧菌检测结果表明,蛭弧菌可有效控制和消除养殖水体中的弧菌数。
The abalones(Haliotis diversicolor aquatilis) were bred under the condition of adding Bdellovibrio-and-like organism and combining water exchange cycle in this test.For the sake of determining the effects of Bdellovibrio-and-like organism on the growth of the abalone,the abalone were bred in the ponds adding different concentrations(101pfu/mL,103pfu/mL,and 105pfu/mL,respectively) of Bdellovibrio-and-like organism and combining 15d water exchange cycle,which as experimental groups(group B,group C,and group D,respectively),while with the ponds of production as the control(group A).Then,determination was carried out on weight gain,average daily weight increment,shell length growth rate,average daily growth rate in shell length and survival rate.Besides,the number of vibrios in seawater of each group was detected during the period of experiment(the moment of before changing seawater).The results showed that the values of growth indexes of the experimental groups were obviously higher than that of the control group(P0.05);besides,the higher concentration of Bdellovibrio-and-like organism in the water,the better the growth indexes of abalone.The weight gain,the shell length growth rate and the survival rate of abalone in D group(105 pfu/mL) were 1393.96%,151.59%,and 88.7%,respectively.The result about vibrios detection indicated that Bdellovibrio-and-like organism could control the number of vibrios of seawater obviously.
