摘要 [目的]筛选加拿大原产地西洋参多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。[方法]单因素和正交试验法。[结果]加拿大原产地西洋参多糖的最佳提取分离工艺为:加热回流法,药材粒径为65目的西洋参粉末加入25倍体积80%乙醇90℃回流1 h,提取2次,滤渣减压干燥后按照料液比为1:35加水浸泡3 h,100℃提取1 h,提取3次。[结论]为加拿大原产地西洋参多糖的提取分离条件提供了参考,为加拿大原产地多糖西洋参的进一步开发研究提供依据。 Objective:To screen the water extraction technology of total polysaccharide from Panax quinquefolium L.collected from original place in Ontario of Canada.Methods:Single factor and designed L9(34) orthogonal are adopted.Result: The best water extraction technology is as follows: Recirculation,65 particle sieve size of powders,added 25 times of with ethanol concentration 80 % for 1 h and two times,extraction temperature 90 ℃.The residues adds water after vacuum dries,material to solvent 1:35,3 h immersed time,100 ℃ extraction temperature for per water extraction,and total extraction time is 3.Conclusion:This experiment establishes the fundament of further research on Panax quinquefolium L.collected from original place in Ontario of Canada.
