摘要
[目的]筛选加拿大原产地西洋参多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。[方法]单因素和正交试验法。[结果]加拿大原产地西洋参多糖的最佳提取分离工艺为:加热回流法,药材粒径为65目的西洋参粉末加入25倍体积80%乙醇90℃回流1 h,提取2次,滤渣减压干燥后按照料液比为1:35加水浸泡3 h,100℃提取1 h,提取3次。[结论]为加拿大原产地西洋参多糖的提取分离条件提供了参考,为加拿大原产地多糖西洋参的进一步开发研究提供依据。
Objective：To screen the water extraction technology of total polysaccharide from Panax quinquefolium L.collected from original place in Ontario of Canada.Methods：Single factor and designed L9（34） orthogonal are adopted.Result： The best water extraction technology is as follows： Recirculation,65 particle sieve size of powders,added 25 times of with ethanol concentration 80 % for 1 h and two times,extraction temperature 90 ℃.The residues adds water after vacuum dries,material to solvent 1：35,3 h immersed time,100 ℃ extraction temperature for per water extraction,and total extraction time is 3.Conclusion：This experiment establishes the fundament of further research on Panax quinquefolium L.collected from original place in Ontario of Canada.
