结合数控车床和铣床加工实际情况,从合理的加工路线、刀具的选择和正确安装、切削用量的合理选择、编程技巧、尺寸精度快速控制等5个方面阐述了提高数控加工精度和效率的有效途径。
Based on the actual situation of CNC lathes and milling machines,it expounds an effective way to improve accuracy and efficiency of CNC machining from the logical processing line,cutting tool selection and proper installation,logical cutting dosage selection,programming skills,rapid control of dimension accuracy.
