摘要 针对衬套零件的特点,提出了两种不同的成形方案;应用DEFORM-3D软件建立有限元模型,通过对比两种方案仿真模拟得到的应变、应力、载荷、流速等数据,确定了成形较好的工艺方案。 According to the characteristics of bush parts, two different forming schemes were put forward, the finite element models were set by DEFORM - 3D software. Through comparing simulation data of the two schemes, such as strain, stress, loads and flow rate, the preferable forming scheme was obtained.
