摘要
目的:以白细胞介素1(IL-1)和α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的产生水平及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能为指标,通过检测乌贼墨提取物在体内对巨噬细胞的活化作用,进一步了解乌贼墨的抗肿瘤机理。方法:以常规生物学测定的3H-TdR掺入法和细胞毒测定法进行检则。结果:乌贼墨提取物处理组动物的IL-1和TNF-α的产生水平及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能均较对照组呈现有显著意义的增高或增强。结论:乌贼墨提取物可于体内激活巨噬细胞,增强细胞免疫功能,间接发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: Our paper was designed to investigate the activation of the extracts from squid ink on macrophages in vivo in order to further understand the mechanisms of squid ink against cancer. Methods: 3H TdR incorporation and cytotoxic assay techniques were used to examine the levels of IL 1 and TNF α from the animals with treatment of the squid ink extracts, respectively. Results: The levels of IL 1 and TNF α in the animals treated with the squid ink extracts were both significantly increased compared with those in the normal control (P<0.01). And there were also significant difference between the test and control groups both in phagocytosis rate (61.70±8.25%and 28.73±5.34%, P<0.01) and in phagocytosis index (3.95±0.53 and 2.03±0.35, P<0.01). Conclusion: The anti tumor effects could be indirectly induced by squid ink through its phagocyte activation in vivo.\;
