摘要 目的:有机硒氰化合物的合成和肿瘤抑制作用研究。方法:通过苄基卤代、硒氰酸钾的取代反应制备了15个苄基硒氰化合物,并对A549 人肺腺癌细胞和P388 小鼠白血病肿瘤细胞生长进行了抑制试验。结果:15 个苄基硒氰化合物的结构都经过了分析确证;目标化合物对A549 人肺腺癌细胞和P388 小鼠白血病肿瘤细胞的生长都有抑制作用。结论:其中一些化合物活性较好值得进一步研究。 OBJECTIVE:To study the synthesis and chemopreventive effect of some benzyl organoselenocyanate compounds.METHOD:The title compounds were synthesized by substitution of potassium selenocyanate and benzyl bromide.The chemopreventive activity was measured on A 549 human lung adenoma and P388 mouse lukemia cell line.RESULTS:Fifteen benzyl organoselenocyanate compounds were designed and synthesized.The chemical structures of all the compounds were determined by IR, 1HNMR and elementary analysis.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that all the title compounds had chemopreventive activity on two kinds of cancer cells to a certain extent.CONCLUSION:Some of the title compounds showed potent activity of chemopreventive effect and should be studied furtherly.
