摘要
采用单因素梯度设计,以不添加任何促生长剂的饲料作对照,在等氮(蛋白质含量为32.67%)、等能量(12.89MJ/kg)的试验饲料中分别添加喹烯酮0mg/kg、25mg/kg、50mg/kg、75mg/kg、100mg/kg、125mg/kg饲养鲤鱼50天后,测定鱼体蛋白质等营养成分。结果表明:当喹烯酮添加量为50mg/kg时,鲤鱼肌体中的蛋白质和钙含量最高,与对照组相比,分别提高5.52%和1.11%;当喹烯酮添加量为75mg/kg时,水分、灰分和脂肪含量达到最低,与对照组相比,分别下降了5.41%、1.76%和0.75%。
Using single-factor gradient design,experimental feedstuff of equal nitrogen and equal energy were added Quinocetone by 0 mg/kg,25 mg/kg,50 mg/kg,75 mg/kg,100 mg/kg and 125 mg/kg to feed carp for 50 days,feedstuff added no growth-promoting agent being for comparision.Results showed that,content of protein and calcium in carp reached the highest when added Quinocetone by 50 mg/kg,5.52% and 1.11% higher than control group.When Quinocetone was added by 75 mg/kg,contents of moisture,ash and lipid being the lowest,5.41%,1.76% and 0.75% lower than control group.When Quinocetone content in feedstuff ranged 50-75 mg/kg,nutrition composition of carp performs well.
