摘要
目的探讨逆向撕除法联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法通过对80眼行逆向撕除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术,观察术后角膜、结膜移植片愈合情况、并发症,复发情况进行分析。结果角膜创面修复时间2～3 d,随访2～32个月,无患者复发。结论逆向撕除联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉疗效好,无并发症,复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To irn＇estigate the the efficacy of retrograde removed in the pterygiu excision with libal stem cell transplantation. Methods Retrograde removed in the pterygiu excision with libal stem cell transplantation on 80 cases. Observation of corneal, conjunctival graft healing, complications, recurrence rates were analyzed. Results Corneal wound healing time of 2 - 3 days Follow - up 2 ~ 32 months No patient relapsed. Conclusion Retrograde removed in the pterygiu excision with libal stem cell transplantation had fewer complications, a lower recurrence rate, and was worth popularizing.
