摘要
介绍了基于ICEM surf软件的汽车A级曲面评价方法。以某车型为例,分析了造型特征的一致性、特征线的光顺性等影响汽车整体造型的主要因素,以及控制点排布、几何连续性、高光、曲率梳等影响曲面品质的主要因素,并且对影响汽车A级曲面品质的各因素的内在成因及外在表现进行了剖析。该评价方法能够对汽车A级曲面的品质起到很好的控制作用。
Evaluation method of automotive Class-A surfaces based on ICEM surf software is presented in the paper, in which a vehicle model is taken as example to analyze factors which affect overall styling, including conformity of styling characteristic and smoothness of the characteristic curve etc., as well as some critical factors affecting curved surface quality including arrangement of reference points, geometric continuity, highlights, curvature comb, etc. Simultaneously, further in-depth analysis is made over inherent causes and outward manifestation of various major factors affecting Class A surfaces quality. The evaluation method plays a good role to control Class-A surface quality of automobile.
